BED IN BOX MATTRESS PACKING MODULE
 
The BED IN BOX rolled mattress packing machine is an advanced machine designed to automatically and conveniently pack mattresses into folded cardboard boxes. It is equipped with many features that make the whole process of packing mattresses easier and more efficient.
 
The first step is the elevator, which allows the rolled mattress to be lifted off the ground to a working height of 90/100 cm. As a result, the operator does not have to engage in manual lifting of heavy mattresses from the floor, which speeds up the work and reduces the risk of injury. The machine can also be equipped with a module for picking up a rolled mattress from a belt or pallet, depending on the available space in a given production facility.
 
A key component of the machine is a roller conveyor that receives the rolled mattresses with a pneumatic pusher that helps the mattress slide easily and quickly into the carton.
Cartons are positioned and locked quickly on a manual or automatic module with supports. There is a ramp at the exit to help position the carton with the mattress vertically, which is helpful for palletizing.
