DUCK 01 is an innovative automatic electronic machine ideal for unwinding coiled springs on paper rolls. It is versatile and handles both BAGS SPRINGS and BONNELL SPRINGS. The movable rear housing makes it easy to load and unload paper rolls, plus the support of a pneumatic system ensures safe use and stable operation of the machine. DUCK 01 is managed by an electronic panel with control buttons.
The uncoiler also has a movable side, this allows access to components with a motorized feeding calender, which transfers springs in the unrolling process. The machine can be used for single spring unwinding, as well as for integration into existing production lines in the plant.
