AUTOMATIC STACKER G 220 SU

 
The G 220 SU machine is a programmable automatic stacker with two functions: Depalletiser/Palletiser, designed to handle mattress boards, latex, box springs and other similar items, both during loading and unloading from pallets.
 
The operating cycle of this machine is controlled by layer-recognition photocells, which are able to detect the heights and dimensions of the items, so that each item is always perfectly picked or positioned. With this feature, it is possible to de-palletize different layers even with different sizes.
 
Brushless pick-up rollers, operating at controlled speeds, ensure perfect alignment and positioning for any type of surface and thickness of parts.
 
Loading and unloading recipes are managed via an independent touchscreen monitor that allows values to be entered sequentially. This monitor is equipped with production counters, making it easy to control and monitor the process.
 
The G220 SU is an advanced device that provides efficient and precise de-palletizing and palletizing of different types of parts, taking into account different sizes and thicknesses
