The machine is supplied with a running table in alluminum or with a turning table (optional) to process the block on two ways by turning the table for 90°. The automation of the machine is controlled by a DB CAM software with an automatic nesting installed on the personal computer of the machine.To process the data of the drawing it possible to use a digitizer or to make use of a drawing created by any CAD software. Cutting is carried out by a turning blade running on four wheels to reduce the dust production to the minimum. The cutting speed is adjustable by means of a potentiometer placed on the control panel. This is used according to the density of the block and to the shape to be processed.
