HORIZONTAL CUTTING MACHINE SM 230

 
SM 230 is an automatic horizontal cutting machine, which is specially designed for cross-cutting quilting materials, felt, polyester and foam for mattress panels. The machine consists of a work surface and two side trimmers with a built-in pneumatic sharpener. As an option, it can be equipped with a system of 10 blades for cutting materials lengthwise into strips. The machine is digitally controlled via a 7” touchscreen with easy and intuitive programming of dimensions and the number of pieces to be cut.
 
SM 230 handles materials up to a maximum width of 2,300 mm with sequential cycle restart when the panel is cut off.
