BULK FIBER SILO AS2

• Storage silo for short polyester fibre, down, shredded polyurethane foam or blended filling materials.
• The silo is cylindrical with a capacity of 3 cubic metres and is equipped with an aspirator fan for loading the filling material (on request 4 cubic meters).
• It can be equipped with load cells (AS3-SP version), which makes it possible to automatically call for material from other upstream equipment.
• A horizontal rotor inside the silo keeps the material in motion and facilitates the outfeed from the machine.
• It is possible to connect up to three ANR-V filling machines directly to the silo.
• The electrical system is housed in an IP 65 standard cabinet, including low voltage controls, fuses, overload protection switch and counters.
• The machine is built according to the requirements of the European Directives 2006/42/CE, 2004/108/CE, 2006/95/CE and subsequent amendments. The machine duly bears the CE marking.
