• This small, light and movable carding machine is mainly used for refurbishing mattresses.
• It cards all types of short fibre (wool, cotton, cotton waste etc.).
• The distance between the carding discs can be adjusted according to the processed material.
• The particular shape of the hopper feeder and the outfeed casing prevent the operator from coming into accidental contact with moving parts.
• It comes complete with an extractor fan and a filter bag in which the dust is collected.
• Motor overload protection and disconnector switch are standard.
• The machine is available in a single-phase or three-phase version.
• The machine is built according to the requirements of the European Directives 2006/42/CE, 2004/108/CE, 2006/95/CE and subsequent amendments. The machine duly bears the CE marking.
