Drukuj / PrintAX-T Automatic Trimming Machine allows to trim mattresses and every kind of foam products, cutting them at the right dimensions without the need for further handling and manipulation. The machine can be programmed to perform various kinds of cuts, for example it is possible to obtain two single mattresses (with the same width but also with different widths) by a single product. The precision of the cut is guaranteed by a couple of photosensors that “read” mattress placement over the belt adapting automatically cutting path. Moreover, AX-T can be equipped with a lubrification system that allows to clean the blade from glue residues and with a system of automatic grinding.
