VACUUM MATTRESS ROLLING MACHINE E 333 EVP

 
Automatic production line suitable to pack, compress and vacuum roll mattresses. Line works with plastic foil and/or paper. With a high technological content for packing, pressing and rolling vacuum mattresses, it is ideal for various types of products:
 
• Polyurethane, memory foam, latex, springs, etc. mattresses
• Somier, bed frame, heads, etc.
• Mattresses with cardboard corners
• Mattresses with overlapping pillows, quilts, etc.
• Mattresses 5 cm toppers of different densities
• Mattresses to be folded and rolled up
 
The line consists of an automatic packaging module suitable to work with plastic foil and/or paper rolls, which allows for precise welding of the packaging around the mattress and a press with adjustable height and pressure and a powerful force of up to 70 tons. Then the packed mattress is passed to an automatic roll-cage machine specially designed for “heavy duty” process with a variable output diameter in the range of 25 – 50 cm, which rolls the mattress reducing its dimensions to a minimum, thanks to which it can be easily stored or transported.
 
Optionally the line can be equipped with a module for folding single or double mattresses in half or into three parts (folding, nano-folding and tri-folding), which allows for even greater compression of the mattress. After folding, the mattress can be additionally rolled up.
 
If you want to obtain a line for complete packaging of mattresses, it can be additionally equipped with a Bed in box system for packing rolled mattresses in carton boxes, thanks to which we obtain a compactly packed product ready for sale.
 
The M 333 EVP machine for vacuum packing and rolling mattresses is extremely efficient, enables quick and almost operator-free packing and rolling of products, which provides space saving and reduction of transport costs.
