The SM 1000 P pneumatic press is designed to pack pillows, quilts and filling materials by flattening and final sealing polyethylene bags.
The press consists of a 900 x 900 mm working area, a top press plate with pneumatic movement, a one-piece sealing roller with double sealing of the sides and a central blade.
The press, through an installed external control, maintains the temperature of the sealing roller and can be used, as a separate function, without using the press, a useful feature, for example, when packaging products that cannot be pressed.
The SM 1000 P is ideal for manufacturers who want to speed up production time, reduce manufacturing costs and pack finished products with high quality.
