MATTRESSES SIDE MEMBERS GLUING MACHINE AX/L-ICT

The AX-L/ICT Foam Encased Mattress Rail Gluing System is a patented mattresses side part gluing machine that has been designed to automate the glue-spreading process on both sides of the pad that forms the mattress.
 
The machine is versatile and it can work with both pocket springs and bonell springs mattresses versions.
 
The AX-L gluing system can work with single-component water-based glues and it is able to automatically detect the dimensions of the side parts and adjust the nozzles to the right position, thanks to controlling panel with a PLC touch screen assisted by the installed electronics.
 
The AX-L/ICT machine includes a side parts handling system and a glue feeding group that adapts to the dimensions of the element to be covered so as to perform a quick, clean and precise application over the entire surface of the mattress sides.
