FOAM SHREDDING MACHINE AR300

• The AR 300 is a multiple rotating knife shredder (3 twin-bladed knives) and low-voltage controls, built for recycling all types of foam waste.

• The machine allows waste to be shredded into pieces of different size, simply by inserting one of the three differently sized grilles (all supplied with the machine) into a designated slot.

– The operating system allows a production up to 350kg / h, with the use of large pieces (up to 40 × 30 cm) and a low consumption of less than 20kW / h.

• The shredder is equipped with an extractor fan which directly conveys the processed foam to downstream equipment such as the AMX or the AS2 storage silo.

• The simple and robust construction makes this shredder virtually maintenance-free and guarantees long and trouble-free operation.
