The line is composed of a dosing head (for polyols, isocyanates, additives), tanks for products mixing, molds for the block forming and other optional devices such as handling systems, special pumps, load cells and a customized electronic system. It was designed for discontinuous block production of flexible or rigid polyurethane foam: you can manufacture blocks of different sizes, densities, shapes and colors to offer maximum flexibility.
The system comes with a touchscreen display and intuitive software to input production parameters and recipes, set up all the customer data, monitor the process real-time, check components flow, consumption and statistics.
This modular line can be designed according to customer requirements and pre-configured for future expansion when needed; with this machine is possible to reduce material management costs, lead-time and production floor space.
