Automatic sewing machine F 03, has been specially designed for hemming side straps of mattresses of different designs. It is equipped with three sewing heads with double chain stitch – two independent and one fixed, material, foam and interlining support rollers with corresponding sensors for end of materials, thread breakage and winding of finished belts.
The machine operates at a speed of about 6 m/min with a maximum belt sewing width of 600 mm and is managed by a 7″ digital touch screen display.
The F 03 machine, thanks to its simplicity of operation, versatility and precision, allows quick and easy production of durable and aesthetic side belts, which affects the quality of the final product.
