The ultrasonic welding and cutting system for quilted products has been designed to be integrated with traditional quilting machines in order to make the handling and the hemstitch sewing of the quilts easier. Using the potential of the ultrasonic technology, ensures that quilted materials maintain their integrity and allows to keep together the edge of the quilted panel during the welding / cutting phase.
The ultrasonic system has a special electronic system that allows an operator to control the frequency amplitude of the ultrasonic groups based on quilting speed and material thickness. Navigating the machine’s settings, adjustments, and alerts is simple thanks to the intuitive touch screen panel. This user-friendly interface puts essential controls at your fingertips, ensuring quick management.
This system is built on a carbon steel sturdy frame with two ultrasonic units assembled. These ultrasonic heads have to weld and trim the edge of quilted material on both sides. The third ultrasonic unit mounted on a carriage performs cross welding and cutting.
