ROLLING MACHINE FOR CHILDREN’S MATTRESSES

 
Automatic roll-packing machine for cot and baby mattresses has been designed with precision and reliability to roll and pack latex and polyurethane single baby mattresses and other products in order to reduce their volume and facilitate handling and transport. The machine is equipped with a patented system that compresses the mattress on a motorized shaft, which rolls it up and at the same time wraps it in a plastic film.
 
This roll-packing machine features an electrowelded carbon steel frame, ensuring durability even in the most demanding production environments. At its heart lies a series of meticulously assembled components, each playing a crucial role in the packaging process. A mattress is introduced into the machine by the inlet motorized conveyor belt that provides a steady support and then, guided by the motorized cylinder group, rolled up, ensuring uniformity of each package. The diameter of the roll-packed is adjustable (max 450 mm). When the rolling-up phase ends, the plastic film is cut and the lock-up group starts sealing the mattress, guaranteeing the integrity of package during transport. The extraction group ejects the packaged mattresses onto the unload conveyor belt, marking the completion of the packaging journey.
