The ultrasonic quilting and welding – cutting machine for the production of quilted panels is the innovation in the quilting division. This comprehensive system comprises an idle unwinding unit for fabrics and wadding, a rotary ultrasonic quilting machine on which up to 18 ultrasonic heads can be mounted and an ultrasonic unit for final cutting and welding to size. For added convenience, polyester fiber wadding can be fed directly from a carding line, streamlining the production process.
The machine’s production speed is adaptable to the density of the quilt with a maximum width of 3000 mm, ensuring versatility and efficiency in every move. Quilting patterns can be customized to specific preferences by adjusting the placement of the ultrasonic heads or removing them.
