The composition of the pillow line can be customized according to the needs, however a typical line is composed of:
– Feeder with electronic scale that consists of the feeding silo controlled by photocells and the weighing scale made of aluminium and suspended on 4 load cells
– Ultrasonic automatic machine to manufacture pillow inserts with unwinding units for nonwoven/microfibre rolls, the filling unit and rotating ultrasonic units that execute welding and cutting of the cushions and pillows inlets.
The pillow line can be additionally equipped with automatic cushion shaker, labelling machine to apply printed labels during the ultrasonic welding or a printing system of new generation to mark the label directly on the pillow with fast-drying ink. At the output it can be connected to automatic packing line to complete the whole pillows manufacturing process.
