Utilizing a motorized contrast wheel, the non-woven fabric is welded and stitched with rotating ultrasonic units on 3 sides, resulting in robust seams, enhancing durability and longevity. The fourth side is welded after the filling of the cushion. The stitching pattern can be customized to meet specific design requirements, offering versatility in product aesthetics.
For added functionality, an ink-jet printer can be integrated into the machine for the ultrasonic production of pillow and cushion covers. This feature enables direct printing of labels onto the fabric as it advances through the production process, eliminating the need for post-production labeling. Alternatively, a labeling machine can be installed to weld printed labels onto the cushions using ultrasonic technology, ensuring consistent and secure attachment.
