Drukuj / PrintCN100 is an electronic machine for stuffing covers of pillows and furnishing cushions. It represents an innovative solution to those manufacturers that need a high productivity and performance. This machine has been developed to simplify all the working procedures, in order to increase the production and also improve the quality of the product. The performance of this machine is representing the result of Brighi efforts in search and development of new technologies and thanks to their know-how in the field new specific solutions are offered to help customers in reaching their goal and achieving new opportunities.
CN100 is projected to stuff the covers of different sizes of pillows and furnishing cushions. The machine is suitable to perform with different weight of carded rolled fibre and different type of visco-latex, memory foam, polyurethane and similar. Also covers can be of different material such as cotton, elasticized fabric, non woven. The performance of the machine consists in a first manual phase, that’s the introduction of the cover on the arms from an operator; than the machine checks the cover tension, starts the automatic stuffing and makes the pillow. In the meantime the
pillow is done, the operator introduce another cover on the arms.
INNOVATIVE TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE MACHINE:
• automatic tensioning of the cover on the arms, without the assistance of the operator;
• electronic program for each function of the machine; stuffing and compressing of the material into the cover
improve the performance of the operator sewing them next.
• the electronic tension system of the cover guarantees a perfect squaring of the pillow, reducing the working time, improving the quality and the production standards.
• the conveying system feeds the material (rolled fibre, latex, memory foam and similar) to the stuffing phase, without the assistance of an operator.
PERFORMANCES:
The unit Brighi CN100 is able to reduce the labour costs, the space into the production area, the dead time necessary to move the product. At the same time, it is able to guarantee a big output with a satisfactory quality of the finished product, without skilled personnel. Only one operator is necessary to start the cycle, positioning the cover, being able to get 12 – 15 pillows or cushions / minute, stuffed , ready for sewing.
Production output depends on the size and type of products.

OTHER FUNCTION AND TECHNICAL FEATURES:
The height of the arms can be adjusted in case of different sizes and weight of produce, or different size of cover. The machine has an automatic system to tension the cover before the stuffing and convey the pillow when ready for the sewing. The cover is positioned on the arms by the operator; then the machine automatically adjust the tension, squaring the pillow to stuff. Thanks to this special feature of the machine the manufacturer of pillows can get an high performance: best quality without any skilled personnel.
ON DEMAND: CONVEYING FEEDING SYSTEM OF MATERIAL
Rolled carded fibre with foam, memory foam, visco latex, polyurethane foam or similar are fed to the system from this belt with electronic devices.
On demand (Optional device) it is supplied a special conveyor for manual feeding; the same operator can place the product and then the cover, without affecting the productivity.

CN100 jest elektroniczną maszyną do napełniania poszewek na poduszki różnego rodzaju wkładami stałymi. CN100 została stworzona do wypełniania poszewek poduszek i poduch na meble różnych rozmiarów. Wypełniarka jest przystosowana do pracy z wszelkimi typami wypełnień o różnej gramaturze, m.in. zrolowane włókno, visco lateks, pianka termoelastyczna, poliuretan itp., jak również z różnymi poszewkami – bawełnianymi, elastycznymi, z włóknin.
Cykl produkcyjny składa się z czynności ręcznego ułożenia poszewki na ramionach maszyny, następnie maszyna sprawdza napięcie poszewki i rozpoczyna automatyczne napełnianie i wydalenie poduszki. W tym czasie operator może już rozpocząć nakładanie kolejnej poszewki.

Poszewka pozycjonowana jest na ramionach przez operatora, następnie maszyna automatycznie dopasowuje jej napięcie i kwadraturę, aby zagwarantować producentowi najlepszą jakość bez specjalnie wykwalifikowanego personelu.
Na życzenie: system nośny materiału wypełniającego
Zrolowane włókno z pianką, pianka termoelastyczna, visco lateks, pianka poliuretanowa itp. są wprowadzane do maszyny poprzez specjalny pas zasilany elektronicznie.
Na życzenie (opcja): można wyposażyć maszynę w specjalną ręczną taśmę; jeden operator może wówczas ułożyć wkład, a następnie poszewkę bez wpływu na wydajność.
