GLUE SPRAYING ROBOT AX

AX-Spraying Robot is a 6-axis anthropomorphic glue spraying robot. It is a technologically advanced automatic solution to deliver glue that can be customised according to the customer’s specific requirements.

The AX gluing robot can be fitted with one or more nozzles for single and bi-component water-based glues, solvent glues or hot melt adhesives.

The glue paths of the spray guns can be inserted as recipes directly through dxf file or obtained in self-teaching process for each separate product.
The robotic delivery solution may include a gluing cabin and a fumes extraction system.
AX-Robot may be used in the production of upholstery or wherever the process of gluing round, cubic or geometrically irregular elements is needed.

The gluing process is automatically managed by the sophisticated layer-height recognition system which allows precision positioning of the glue spreading roller above the foam sheet with the best accurancy.<br /> With AX-R it is possible to spread glue over the whole surface of a plane foam sheet or over the top of small wave-surfaced sheets. For wave-surfaced sheets it is also possible to select the option “Profile” which enables rollers to move up and down following the contour of the foam sheet.
