• This fibre fine-opener is particularly suitable for staple fibre, but it can process all types of short fibre (wool, cotton, waste, etc.)
• The machine consists of two turbines in sequence, driven by a single motor with adjustable speed (from 2,400 to 3,800 rpm).
• The width of the turbine housing can be adjusted in order to adapt the machine to the length and type of fibre to be processed.
• The infeed hopper has an inbuilt protection against hand contact with the turbine wheel.
• The machine can be fully integrated into a production line and switched on/off by linking it to up- or downstream equipment such as our AB 450N bale breaker or our AMX blender.
• Electrical system housed in an IP66 standard cabinet equipped with a disconnector switch, motor protections, inverter, magnetic disconnector switches on turbine housing and low voltage controls.
