CN200 is an electronic stuffing machine for foam/fibre/latex/polyurethane furnishing cushions or chair cushions. It represents an innovative solution to those manufacturers that need a high productivity and performance. This machine has been developed to simplify all the working procedures, in order to increase the production and also improve the quality of the product. The performance of this machine is representing the result of R&D efforts in search and development of new technologies and thanks to our know-how in the field new specific solutions are offered to help customers in reaching their goal and achieving new opportunities.

Machine CN 200 is projected to stuff the foam into the cushion covers. The machine is suitable also to fabric cover which opening is 15 cm wide when foam plate is larger to 40 cm. An internal device keeps the inner material pressed and filled into the cover; a special controller makes the corner overfilled. The performance of the machine consists in a first manual phase, that’s the introduction of the cover on the arms from an operator; than the machine checks the cover tension, starts the automatic stuffing and makes the pillow.
