CARDING MACHINE AZT 50
• This carding machine is built for medium-long fibres (mainly wool and hemp) and is ideal for large production volumes.
• The cylinder has 4 combs which can easily be replaced.
• The material is manually loaded on a belt conveyor equipped with a hand protection roller.
• The 2 feed rollers are motorized and their speed can be adjusted through an inverter.
• The machine is equipped with a reverse gear in order to release the material in the event of overloading.
• An extractor fan can be connected to the machine in order to aspirate dust where the carded material is discharged.
• The upper casing is hinged to facilitate cleaning of the combs.
• The electrical system is housed in an IP66 standard cabinet equipped with a disconnector switch and low voltage controls.
• The machine is built according to the requirements of the European Directives 2006/42/CE, 2004/108/CE, 2006/95/CE and subsequent amendments. The machine duly bears the CE marking.
