The AX-1 glue spraying machine has been designed to automate the gluing process in a very simple way. The AX-1 gluing machine consists of a conveyor belt in stick-proof material, a glue delivery bar on which the nozzles are installed, and a numeric control panel that manages the times and the paths of a glue application.
 
The spraying bar of the AX-1 machine may be equipped with one or more spray guns for single or bi-component water based glues, solvent glues or other types. The paths of the application can be loaded either by a recipe through dxf file or automatically learnt by the product detection system.
 
The number of glue delivery nozzles can be customised depending on the type of processing to be done. According to the type of glue used, the AX-1 spraying machine may be pre-set for a possible fumes extraction system for a safer and healthier workplace.
