The automatic bordering machine with one sewing head AGATA 600 is a specialized device designed for mattress bands production, which simultaneously applies 3D fabric, zippers and personalized tapes. It consists of a single sewing head with a double chain stitch, supports for material rolls and a band roller. It is equipped with a thread break detector, end of material sensors and a set of folders for fabrics and tapes or 3D fabric applications. It sews straight lines only with the maximum sewing width 60 cm. AGATA 600 achieves an efficiency about 5 m/min.
 
The machine is distinguished by its ease of operation and compact size. It can be used as a stand-alone unit or in combination with other machines, for example, with the F08 (handle and air vent attacher), forming a complete border production line.
