Special sewing system equipped with motorized plates, engineered to sew many kind of material thickness with its uniform and resistant seam. The head has been designed to easily sew inwards profiles and exclusive models.
Special belt conveyor 2500×650 mm – it permits to sustain and easily handle cushions of big sizes and different shapes, moving forwards, at the same speed of the sewing head.
Special movable table – it permits to move the sewing head backwards in order to facilitate the sewing operation with different models, sizes and shapes.
Position A – rectangular or squared cushions: the operator stands in front of the machine (horizontal sewing).
Position B – special shaped cushions: the operator stands next to the machine being able to handle the cushion alone when with standard machine this operation needs two persons (vertical sewing).
