MATTRESS COVERING MACHINE SIRIO 200

 
The SIRIO 200 mattress covering machine is designed to automate the process of threading a mattress into a cover. It is equipped with a centering roller conveyor, which is used to center and align the mattress before it enters the machine. This conveyor has special wheels that lift pneumatically and facilitate centering. In addition, the machine is equipped with an ultrasonic sensor that accurately measures the thickness of the mattress to the garment and a linear potentiometer to calculate the width of the mattress.
 
The SIRIO 200 automatically calculates and changes its size according to the size of the mattress measured on the input conveyor. The automatic mattress compression module places the mattress in a pillowcase or cover made of stretch / jacquard / nylon or fireproof material, etc. This module is equipped with 10 independent moving belts that compress the mattress evenly on each side.
 
The machine also has 10 receiving arms made of stainless steel, which greatly facilitates the application of the mattress cover. The work cycle is controlled by foot pedals. A receiving bi-directional roller conveyor is used to receive and unload the finished mattress. In addition, the machine has a pneumatically lowered side of the receiving conveyor, making it easier for the operator to put on the cover and pass through.
 
The machine is equipped with a 10-inch color touchscreen display, which is ideal for programming the entire line, saving work cycle recipes by user / product / type, etc. The machine’s capacity is approximately 1 mattress per 30 seconds and handles mattresses measuring min. 50 x 120 x 2 cm to max. 220 x 220 x 40 cm.
