The creation of a new range of machines designed to reduce costs and production time has been combined with an efficient packaging solution for our customers. CP500 is a machine designed for the upholstery industry, for packing all types of pillows, elements of various shapes and sizes made of foam and other furniture parts and accessories. The CP500 is very easy to use – it is not necessary to change any settings when changing dimensions. The CP500 takes up little space thanks to its reduced dimensions. CP500 is suitable for packing elements of all sizes and shapes, without any limit on the length of the lot. The resulting package is slightly compressed and devoid of air, and the film wraps the products tightly tightly. The machine optimizes film consumption and has been designed to save energy. Only one operator is needed to operate the CP500 packaging machine, which alone is able to achieve incomparable results compared to the traditional packaging method.
