Foam cutting machine TB 1, is designed for horizontal cutting of polyurethane foam, maintaining high efficiency and precision cutting. It is suitable both for foams with extremely soft texture and those with rigid structure and shape memory.
The cutter is capable of cutting two sides at the same time. The latest-generation CNC control allows the operator to enter basic parameters, such as cutting height. The machine can also operate in fully automatic mode, performing a 3D „screening” of the block to be cut and using only the factory-set cutting head and pre-programmed algorithms, guaranteeing remarkable cutting precision.
The TB 1 is equipped with the SMART VERTICAL AXIS control, which allows the vertical height compensation to be changed depending on the density of the material being cut and its height.
